The worst experience i ever faced with a money grabbing hospital. I have went to this hospital on 23-June-2025...Dr. HemKumar has suggested few tests. One of them result i got on thursday 26-June-2025. Hence i booked an appointment on Saturday 28-june-2025, as Doctor will be availabel only between 8Am-3PM & i will be in work that time. Alos doctor given 3 medicines & was waiting for the last report. Now today 27-June-2025 1PM they called me & told that doctor is on leave on Saturday & will be there only on Monday(30-June-2025). I was getting high fever on night times...it was before 3-4 days from The day i visited doctor. As per them OPD payment validity is 5 working days & with Saturday it will end...on monday i have to pay again. I can't reach today to hospital by 3PM due to traffic & doctor already filled with patients. Doctor won't even treat on video call...why can't he check reports online & give proper medicines as per reports? Or the other option to visit for emergency doctor...but OPD won't work. So these hospital never cares about patients. Only goal to make money. When i said i can go for other hospital, they said, we don't care.
