Very poor experience. I called up Mr Akash to find out at what time the doctor I wanted to consult would be available for consultation and I was told = 11am. Accordingly I waited in the hospital from 10.45am on 14th june 2025. After waiting till 11.50 I was told doctor will check patients from 1pm. When i called up Mr Akàsh and asked him why he gave me wrong time he did not speak with normal politeness one expects from service industry. Instead of apologising for wrong communication and inconvenience caused he put the entire blame on me for not understanding. He told me I was not such an important patient. 3 other customers also agreed with me that they are made to wait long hours and the hospital does not value time of patients. It seems orchid hospital does not value its customers. Their staff do not know how to communicate with patients! Very sad!
