Dear Readers, I write this on a Saturday night in the month of October. I am pleasantly relaxed now. Of a healthy mind and body, as they say. Now, at such a state, I would like to talk about the "they" in the previous sentence - Doctors. I believe doctors are second to none but God and having met some truly phenomenal doctors in my lifetime, I have good reason to hold such a conviction. But Dr Jana is not one among the list of the phenomenal doctors,in fact, in my opinion, he is barely a human being with a healthy mind (the irony being that he is a psychiatrist). I visited him during December last year. At first, he was all professional and well spoken (as all conmen are). He recommended me a psychologist seperate to himself and even though it raised some alarm bells in my mind of him being somewhat wierd and greedy, I chose to remain silent at the moment. True cinema was still about to begin. He put me on medicine the very first day without ANY TESTS WHATSOEVER and WITHOUT ANY PRIOR CONSULTATION OR VISITS. I speak with absolute proof of how big a CONMAN he is because he increased my age in the prescription that he signed despite me reporting my original age. He did that so he could put me on meds (ones which couldn't be sold to the patient party before a specific age). The second day that I visited him I had already been on his prescribed meds for a week or so. I was experiencing minor issues that could easily be coped with on account of my family support. At the time, my main concern was my Upcoming Exams. Anyway,I and my father spoke to him on the second day and here's how the conversation went : Father - He seems completely fine to me. I wish he would watch more jolly movies. That's all. Doctor - What? Your son is an adult now. Abandon him completely. He should take care of himself now. Leave him alone as he has to learn responsibility. Father - But sir, his exams are approaching. I just wished he would watch more jolly movies so that he remains in a steady mood before exams. That's all. Nothing serious. Doctor - Let him fail and learn. He has to fail in order to learn (o theke sikhuk). I have happily graduated last month and on my way to Masters but I cannot still possibly fathom how ludicrous and dangerous that statement is, coming from a psychiatrist. People go to a any psychiatrist because THEY ARE FAILING IN THEIR PERSONAL LIVES AND NEED HELP. Then why go to a psychiatrist if the same situation is perpetuated? Moreover, he was trying to create division in the family by discouraging parental care. Is he even a human at this point? The psychologist he recommended whom he visited the second day was basically as bogus and useless as they come. She was good for nothing except to spew some vague feel good non sense for half and hour straight. It's basically a funeral ceremony of your hard earned money if you visit the psychologist (Mrs Sambita Mukherjee) that he religiously recommends every patient of his. By the way, all the posetive reviews you see are forced and attained at metaphorical gun point since he keeps sharing links on WhatsApp, pestering the patient party to upload nice reviews. Dr Amlan Jana's clinic has all the attributes of an elaborate scam. Long story short, he refused to lower my meds over the next few months despite us constantly reporting "Maintaining Absolutely Well" and him signing it himself ( we have proof of that). He said that I have always been mentally ill for eternity and I needed meds. Once again, A HILARIOUSLY OBVIOUS S_C_A_M. The psychologist keeps affirming the belief that "Oh, you are sick. Keep coming to us and be on meds. That's surely gonna be good for you and our pockets. Hehe" The worst part is that I had reported my uneasiness with the medicine several times and not once did he pay heed to any of my claims, dismissing my claims of severe chest pain after taking medication as "Previously Unheard of". Without borrowing any more of your time, dear reader, I would like to end saying that " If you value your time,family, money and sanity, stay away from Dr. Jana's clinic or else you will lose all four of them even before you realise it. It's perturbing how unethical,immoral and greedy this psychiatrist is.

Our personal experience is really bad with Dr Indranil Chaudhury(gynecologist) and his clinic Akansha According to our experience he is not at all a good doctor. Treatment is expensive but zero result which is very frustrating for us like a middle class family but he is not at all bother. He also sell medicine from his clinic.Except proper treatment we get everything from his clinic super fast test medicine etc.

I would discourage EVERYONE from visiting this doctor. She is judgmental, inefficient and everything you don’t want from a health professional. She yelled at me for wanting to have a say my treatment plan - yes, YELLED at me. She doesn’t know basic science of the modern world and recommends 100 year old treatments that are known to be harmful to women. Please don’t visit her. Worst experience ever.

The doctor having Pathetic, inhuman behaviour. Please don't go to him with your most lovable child, he can't feel your emotions. My son faced serious injury in head as on 17.2.25 at 11.20 pm. Within few minutes he vomited. As an emergency I called Dr. but he circustically answered me at night when my baby was vomiting & I was became very nervous. Please be aware of this dr. He is now a days became a well known dr. & Once he was a very good dr. with good behaviour.But now he became inhuman person. Still he is a good dr. But he can joke with you at your emergency situation or even do bad behaviour with you, be prepared for that before choosing him. Now a days became very rude, behaved very unprofessionally with patient party. In another review one person said him as 'BOKA LOK', Be aware of this Dr. Please reject this inhuman doctor. A curse of whole Dr. Community. Get well soon!!!! Thank you, bhalo thakben!!

Pathetic, inhuman dr. Please don't go to him. My son faced serious injury in head but he circustically answered me at night when my baby was vomiting. Please be aware of this dr. He is now a days became a well known dr. & Once he was a very good dr. But now he became inhuman person. In another google review one person said him as 'BOKA LOK', Be aware of this Dr. Please reject this inhuman doctor. A curse of whole Dr. Community.
