The Crescent Hospital which was established in 1946 as a small dispensary has passed through rough weather in its journey of over 70 years and has now attained the status of a Speciality Hospital with more than a dozen specialities catering to the needs of poor and needy irrespective of cast, creed or religion. The establishment of the Dialysis Center with ten units and the Ophthalmic Center with the most cutting-edge equipment, which is the pride of the Hospital, marked a rapid development phase in the last decade for the development planning, which had started roughly 30 years earlier and had been moving slowly. Because of the donors' trust and confidence in the management, all these advances were made possible. We owe a debt of gratitude to all the philanthropists who stepped forward to help build this hospital, which is the only one of its kind for Muslims.
