I registered for the first time at this hospital to see cardiologist Dr. Joy M. Thomas on November 11, 2024. After undergoing some clinical tests, I returned for a follow-up appointment the very next day, November 13, 2024. The hospital charged me Rs 900 for the consultation on the 11th and Rs 750 for the consultation on the 13th, both for the same doctor. Is this justifiable? No hospital typically charges consultation fees for the same doctor on a second visit within a week.
