Write a ReviewDr. Naresh Goyal – A Pathetic Experience One of the worst experiences at Amcare Hospital was with Dr. Naresh Goyal. His complete lack of communication and empathy is shocking for a doctor handling critical patients. As per an echocardiogram conducted by Dr. Naresh Goyal, my mother was diagnosed with severe damage in three heart valves. When I asked about the next steps and treatment plan, his response was nothing short of arrogant and dismissive. He bluntly said, "I can’t explain the procedure to each and every person. I know the procedure, and I will do it, but I won’t explain it to you." Two days earlier, he had informed my 70-year-old father about the diagnosis, but my father couldn’t fully understand the severity of the situation. When I requested a follow-up discussion for clarity, I had to extend my hospital stay for an extra day—only for Dr. Goyal to outright refuse to explain anything. This was the extent of my 2-minute conversation with him. His attitude makes it clear that he doesn’t believe in patient rights, informed consent, or basic medical ethics.
