We visited Dr. Naveen Jain based on a recommendation, as my mother had been dealing with a persistent issue with her finger due to pus formation. After the consultation, we were advised to proceed with a nail surgery, which we paid approximately Rs. 12,000 for. We were assured that the surgery was successful and that the problem would not recur. However, despite the procedure, the nail eventually came off again, and the pus continued to return. Concerned about the lack of improvement, we sought a second opinion at GTB Hospital. There, the doctor simply prescribed some medication, and to our surprise, the issue was completely resolved within a week — no surgery needed. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we were not satisfied with the treatment or outcome from Dr. Naveen Jain's clinic. Highly recommend not to go to there office I understand that he is old and having a good experience but I think now he need to retire.
