Insurance Management Department is very unprofessional.I admited hospital on 30-07-2025 for Ear Surgery my before admitting i have taken estimate cost which they gave me 131207/-₹ and before admission i confirm with insurance team that whatever estimate you have given will pay that much along with co payment as per my policy which is 10 % after this much of discussion they have costing me 268930/-₹ While giving estimate they mentioned Charges OT + SURGEON+ Ansthesia 62726 and in final bill they have mentioned surgeon charges 68820 + OT CHARGES 62300/-₹ Ansthesia Charges 20745/-₹ I was unable to understand where is 62000/- and where is 151000/-₹.I know insurance is there no bothered about cost all hospital take 25 to 30 k extra but in my case 100% extra.My loss is what my mediclaim was 3 lakh PA hospital consume my limit 2.68 lakh at the place of 1.32 lakh which is not good for patient. in my eyes manipal lost trust faith..Very Bad experience I got. My only request to Manipal management once you lose trust very difficult to gain in city like pune.Build Trust don't lose it.My humble request to all of you plz don't rise as money making hospital Grow with Trust,Values.

Horrible place in the name of hospital . Useless people sitting in the EMERGENCY AREA.. Today when driving with my wife and 2 year old kid, we all met with an accident. And my wife fell down from the bike and her leg got stuck at the back wheel, because of which her outer skin of the leg was torned off and could see the inner white skin visibly. We rushed to the emergency section of Manipal hospital kharadi. We informed the reception there, even after 3-4 mins, nobody came to see my wife. Then i entered their inner area where set of doctors and nurses were sitting. I told someone to come and check my wife. One lady who was LOOKING LIKE educated, came out and saw and told my wife, to GO AND CLEAN THE LEG AND COME.. my wife got badly hurt in leg, That lady didn't even realise if we pour water on that, will it get sepric, and when it got hurt in leg, how can someone expect them to get up on their own and clean it. With what??? And where?? Still i insisted someone to come and check my wife. E even after 5 mins, nobody turned up to come and check. Again i went inside their room, the lady repeated the same thing to clean and come. I lost my patience and i shouted at her saying then for what they are there for? This is kind of service , this SO CALLED branded hospital is doing, that too in EMERGENCY SECTION. POOR KIND OF PEOPLE SITTING THERE AND SENSELESS THINKING... I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO VISIT THIS HOSPITAL, EVEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY...

I faced multiple complications, and her timely diagnosis, skillful treatment, and unwavering support saved my life.
