Most pathetic service , it's a pure 100 percent scam running under medical sector. These people will reach out to you for there medical policy and once they got to know about your problem they will provide you some doctor details and there so call tie up OYO Hospitals in which they will admit you and without any doctors consultation surgeon will come and do the surgery and go . After that there will be no explanation for your surgery. If you will ask for doctor , than a new doctor will come and you have ti explain your pain to him and surprise thing is that he will not be knowing about your case. There will be no Pre Anaesthesia test , in my case they tried 9 times needle points in my spine for giving me regional anesthesia. I thank God that I am out of danger now these people treat patient as a money bank . Please be aware of these fraudsters. These are in every cities. Better go for big hospitals.

I had a very disappointing experience with HexaHealth, particularly with their stapler circumcision procedure. Dr. Santosh Naik performed the surgery, and Mr. Sanjeev from HexaHealth was coordinating everything. I was not fully informed about potential issues or additional costs involved in the procedure. The procedure itself was completed around two months ago, and the wound has healed. However, now they are demanding an additional ₹35,000 for another surgery, even though it could have been handled in the initial procedure for the same price. When I questioned Mr. Sanjeev about this, his response was dismissive, saying, "Do what you can do." This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering HexaHealth for any procedures. It seems like they have a strategy to extract money from patients over time, with little regard for transparency or patient satisfaction.

I did my son's piles surgery from hexa, it was a great experience throughout. Bhupesh called me explained everything planned surgery. In September i will also go for my piles treatment with hexa health.

Only booking cab was difficult as drivers were always waiting at some other pick up point even after telling the exact pick up point. Rest all ok.
