Write a Reviewmai krishna gupta meri ek sister thi jo AVM brain ka problem tha to maine medanta Lucknow me dr. ravi Sankar sir ji appointment liye the to dikhye oha pr to unhone DSA ke liye dr Rohit agrawal sir ke pass reffer kr diye fir maine ukno dikhaya to unhone DSA kiya to sister ke aakho se pani aana band ho gya fir unhone 6 lac ka bill bana kr diya kha ab iska embolization for bleeding krna hai barin ka to hm gye oha gye to Rohit sir bole ki Saturday ko krunga hm Admit hogye fir Saturday ko kiye bole the 30% krunga lekin oh 80% kr diye 7 hours kiye. fir 1/2 hours bad hmko Ander bulaye bol rhe hai ki brain me nus break hogya blood jada nikl gya turant brain ka operation karna hoga shweta ko save krne ke leliye turnt btao krna hai ? to hm kha lekr jate bole kr do to Rohit sir aur ravi sir mil kr kiye operation fir hmko bulaye aur samjhanelge aur khene lage ki bhagwan ko duwa kro kl tk thik rhe hm rat bhar duwa kiye lekin hose nhi aaya .aur oh log rakhe rhe rk din use lCU. me he fir hmko bulaye hmko bole nhi rahi ab . ab meri sister nhi rhi is duniya me 22 years ki thi M S.C 2nd year ki students thi maths se DDU gorakhpur se meri sister aapne pairo pr chal kr gai thi medanta hospital Lucknow lekin dr ki galti ke ojh se oh death hogai . Aaj gye 1 month se jada ho gya lekin aaj bhi utna hi taklif ho rha hai.

I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed by the treatment provided by Dr. Vaibhav Saxena at Medanta. My mamaji was under his care, and due to what we believe was clear negligence and lack of proper attention, we lost him. Not only was the treatment inadequate, but the hospital has also been removing honest reviews from Google, which is unethical and silences grieving families like ours. We trusted Medanta for its reputation, but our experience has been tragic and frustrating. Families deserve transparency, accountability, and empathy. I urge Medanta to take responsibility and ensure no other family goes through what we did.
I am utterly shocked and heartbroken by the way this doctor handled our case. We trusted her with a life-and-death situation, and not only was she completely uncooperative, but she was also unbelievably rude and dismissive throughout. She didn’t bother to explain the condition or the treatment plan properly, gave no clear answers to our questions, and acted like our concerns didn’t matter at all. At a time when empathy and clear communication are the minimum you expect from a medical professional, she showed nothing but attitude and arrogance. Her lack of compassion and basic courtesy has cost us dearly we lost a loved one and were left with zero support or understanding of what went wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. If you care about your family, your peace of mind, and basic human decency, please think twice before putting your trust in her hands. She does not deserve the title of a doctor if she cannot treat her patients or their families with the respect and care they deserve.

Medantas' ICU 3 first floor staff know very well how to hide the death of patient from family members from 2-3 days.
Very bad experience I lost my mother with wrong medication given by the so called best neurologist . She was suffered with valves shrink associated with some muscles cramps the doctors gives her topaz ,ropark and gabapin nt 100mg that causes multiple organ failure.
Sabse ghatiya hospital hai. Unnecessary charges leta hai. Meri maa ka CT scan aur MRI krwana tha. Shaam ko 7 baje admit kiye ek dum acche se chal rhi thi meri maa. Admit krne ke baad ye ghatiya log pata nhi konsa injection laga diye ki meri maa behosh ho gyi. Sedatives de diye. Jisse unko ICU mein rakha jaye. Ek number ka loot khor aur ghatiya hospital hai. Raat ke 12 baje hum log kisi tarah discharge krke nikale maa ko 6 ghante ka bill hospital walo me 18,900 banaya. Aap sabhi logo se guzarish hai. Aise bohut cases mil jayenge. Aapko iss hospital meim katai na aaye. Patient ke saath khilwad krte hain.
Very unfaithful doctor(s) of Medanta Hospital Lucknow. My sister passed away on 30 December 2024 within the ICU 3, Medanta Hospital Lucknow. During her last hospital discharge formalities Dr Mahesh Roy given order to his junior to "Change The Cause Of Death" unknowingly my brother was standing behind him. And when he shockingly questioned for this, Dr. Manesh Roy carelessly said aree kuch nahi kuch nahi. This is the harsh realities of uuchii dukan feeke pakwan. I have lot to say about this hospital but it won't get my sister back. They are only for the money making and glamour. Just for making money, after death of my sister the doctors kept a blower inside her bed just to keep her body warm bacause of which her legs got deeper burnt mark. Itne jayada neech hote he uuchi dukan k doctors. And yes Dr. Gaurav from Intervention Radiology, he was more into the making experiments instead of treatment. Doctors of this hospital is having huge communication gap, they don't prefer to discuss the case with the other department because Dr. Alok told us that puting drain is not a good thing and Dr. Gaurav, Dr. Vartika from Intervention Radiology said that there won't be any issues in inserting the drains and increasing the drains into stomach, additionally they informed about a person can get 13 drain for treatment. These two department was having opposite statement for the same treatment and this is the fact of soo professional, expensive, exclusive, multifunctional, super-speciality, high class Medanta Hospital Lucknow. They are too dumb to understand that if they are passing dead body from front of a 18 year old patient who is admitted from more than a month, what negative effect it can give to her and same happened with my 18 year old sister and when we complain about that, the staff inside the ICU 3 completely denied for this event. I wish same thing must be happen with them too with their loved ones so that atleast they can have the taste of their own medecine.

I am extremely disappointed by the way operational style of this doctor and backhandedness of patient's chronic issue. My wife showed up to her with PID issues. Inspite of treating the blockages and infection Dr. Neelam Vinay and her bandwagon stressed on going for IVF treatment. Any dumb idiot can google and learn that planning pregnancy Unnatural or aided is extremely dangerous and unsuccessful in such situations. But this doctor marketed as IVF the only solutions. Despite telling her that we'd like to get the infection and blockages treated first and then plan for it she didn't listen to us. Secondly, she is running a private consultancy of her own at Medanta which engages in testing from a third party provider that is not part of Medanta Healthcare ecosystem. I can for sure say they are not to be trusted and this is a major scandal being operated at Medanta Gynaecology department to which senior management has turned a blind eye and they are shamelessly capitalizing and exploiting on aspiring parents hopes. This is highly condemnation of ethical values that Medanta as brand fosters and speaks a lot about their CSR responsibilities.

I have booked online appointment. I have seen that some patients handed over their file directly to the concerned attendent of the doctor (Orthopaedic) to avoid the que. Even after online appointment, the time zone doesn't matter. You will be called as usual in government hospitals. No use of online appointment.
