Very good and experience doctor
This is the worst hospital in the world. My child’s oxygen level was 72% and yet they shifted him from PICU to a general ward where there was neither an oximeter nor any privacy curtains for breastfeeding. The staff is so awful — the attendant in charge doesn’t even speak to us properly, and the doctor told us that if we are not satisfied we should go somewhere else. I was charged ₹15,000 for two days even though they shifted us to the general ward the next evening. If someone comes to visit, they scold and drive them away. They even told the mother to go outside to eat, leaving the 2-month-old baby alone. The person in charge spends all day watching reels on their phone. Patients have to buy medicines outside because the hospital didn’t have even one medicine. They made me wait 8 hours but would not allow local purchases from outside. The tests were fine but the hospital had no medicines — so where is a patient supposed to go? At night they gave the attendant just one chair to sit on, so the attendant had to stay up all night and became ill. The doctor has no manners and acts arrogantly. If you complain, they don’t reply to mail. Even though I was associated with the railways, I had to pay cash for treatment. I’m not the only one — everyone I met there was troubled. After paying so much, I had to endure torture; I never want to come there again. A government hospital in Karauli, Rajasthan had referred my child to JK Lon in an emergency because oxygen levels were low, but I came to Birla Hospital Gwalior because I expected better private facilities — that was the biggest mistake of my life. They didn’t take the case seriously because they don’t accept outside reports. Thank you. (I never want to come here again — not even for an OPD consultation.)
